Building a Lean/Agile board to provide visibility for projects built with GitHub.com and GitHub Enterprise. As CTO, I have worked to bring stability to the platform by coaching the team to more thorough code review practices; implementing Heroku Review Apps and a more active approach to continuous delivery; and a more deliberate approach to using HuBoard to build HuBoard, both for internal initiatives and in the Open Source development of our flagship web application. Beyond the traditional Kanban board we currently support, my goal is to invent novel approaches to using data developers naturally produce in GitHub to give new insights into work that has been done and work that is left.Alumni of Techstars Cloud 2016. Implemented experimental data visualizations using Crossfilter, rendered with dc.js/D3.js (2D) and Babylon.js (3D).

Returned to full-time employment with development and architecture responsibilities for J&P Cycles and Motorcycle Superstore. Key accomplishments included supporting a transition from legacy development infrastructure and practices to Scrum and modern tools like Git, Team City, and Octopus Deploy; a J&P Cycles user experience initiative to comply with new California Air Resources Board regulations while minimizing impact on revenue; architecting a complete reimplementation of Motorcycle Superstore using Endeca and a fork of the J&P Cycles web platform; and a migration from Akamai to Verizon EdgeCast.

After departing during an acquisition, I returned on contract to provide the development services once provided by my e-commerce team. Key accomplishments included improved content management capabilities, a significant expansion of our SEO framework, and an overhaul of shipping rules to support an additional warehouse.

Transitioned from Developer to Technical Lead to Manager in e-commerce department that consistently demonstrated double-digit revenue growth year over year. Key accomplishments included a zero-downtime migration between ERP platforms, and architecting an holistic SEO framework on which many future initiatives were built.
