Responsible for implementation of the company’s retail store operations initiatives and performance objectives for the largest region in the company. Responsible for change management and implementation of the company’s new operating platform transforming legacy payment centers into customer centric Customer Service Centers and Xfinity branded stores based in concept and design on boutique retail operations including new standard operating procedures in inventory, merchandising, operations, and sales. Responsible for building and implementing the operational capabilities for in store and in home services, deployment and facilitation of multi level training, tools, and resources that drive and support the new business model and concept, operational metrics including P&L reporting, communication of key strategic corporate initiatives, and improved financial performance using performance management leadership. Supervising a team of 5 market managers and 54 store managers in the Florida Region including south Georgia, and south Alabama. Responsible for building and implementing the operational capabilities to drive the region’s performance by recruiting, hiring and training on all aspects of retail business acumen including merchandising, sales, operations and inventory. Coached, counseled and mentored market and store management leadership in change management, sales development strategies and performance management to achieve sustained and consistent success

Responsible for launching, staffing, training and implementing the company’s store in store operations initiatives and performance objectives for 4 Regions (South Florida, Florida, Atlanta, and Mid South). Responsible for building and implementing the operational capabilities to drive store performance by recruiting, hiring and training on all aspects of retail business acumen including merchandising, sales, operations and inventory. Spear headed the deployment and facilitation of multi level training, tools, and resources that drive and support the business, operational metrics including cost controls, communication of key strategic messages, and improved financial performance. Advised, counseled and mentored strategic partner’s store management in sales development strategies and performance evaluations.
