I have always worked in two worlds, Corporate America and the Entertainment Industry. Working in these worlds have given me the expertise and depth to become a motivating leader with extensive experience providing strategic vision and solutions while responding to the needs of an organization. Combining my expertise in organizational behavior, global diversity & inclusion, diversity recruitment and employee engagement, I am able to form robust positive, inclusive change. I use my knowledge of change management to enhance operational transformation and increase inclusion in cross-functional environments. At the same time, I am able to identify viable opportunities within business lines while providing strategic business solutions. I can present solid solutions in a public forum showing alignment in organizational systems that cultivate systems and collaborative relationships. Being a consultant for the last nine years is not a role I chose intentionally, but it has afforded me the ability to remain calm and adaptable under intensive situations. More importantly, it has allowed me to remain objective, focused and be a force with pure intentions for a better work environment. Why do I emphasize diversity & inclusion? It drives us forward. It is our future and it doesn’t stop when the office closes. Inclusiveness has to be woven into the very essence of our lives! After I leave Corporate America at the end of the day or work week, I get to explore and question what makes us different while showing others just how those differences makes us all the more creative.
