Ryan Dahnert is the CEO of Plymold, Inc., a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of commercial furniture and fixtures for demanding environments. Plymold’s products can be found in restaurants, breakrooms, schools, military bases, retail environments, healthcare settings and countless other commercial spaces in 103 countries worldwide. Since 1992, Plymold has been a 100% ESOP (employee-owned) company.Ryan joined Plymold in August of 2010. Over 9 years he held roles of increasing responsibility within sales and marketing. In 2019, he was named CEO and has since focused the company on profitable growth that has led to a significant increase in enterprise value. He is currently leading a multi-year effort to incorporate automation throughout Plymold’s manufacturing and business processes to increase productivity, capacity, and value delivery to customers. Ryan is an expert in change management, market strategy and financial modeling. He has a proven track record in turnarounds, crisis management, M&A, and product development. His financial acumen has helped Plymold dramatically strengthen its balance sheet, position the company for growth and actively plan for the repurchase requirements of the company’s ESOP plan. Ryan leads with empathy, compassion, and accountability. His passion lies in building. Building companies, building products, and building relationships that allow him to help those looking to make positive change achieve their goals. In addition to serving on the Plymold board of directors, Ryan has served as a board member and Vice Chair of Jordan Public Schools, and as Chair of the City of Jordan Economic Development Authority.
