Management responsibility for all aspects of GRIFFIN's delivery of data solutions to their clients.Recent successfully delivered data solutions -• A custom data management system for a retail services start-up company who can now expand nationally due to the system's ability to manage their customers, operations, and vendors from a central web portal. System developed leveraging latest Microsoft web technologies and hosted in the cloud via amazon web services.
• A custom data collection application for a large international company that allows their operations to dynamically configure customer specific data entry forms.
• Assisted a data analytics company in building out their Big Data capabilities using cloudera Hadoop. Designed and developed a proprietary database (320 MM records). Database is built by execution of custom MapReduce algorithms that identify and summarize individual and household attributes across 3.5 billion records of data from a numerous individual, household, vehicle, real estate, tax, and phone data sources.

Responsible for managing all IT application development related activities for Prommis Solutions business units.• Led the initiative to transform Prommis’s operations to be driven by data metrics. Technology solution required architectural changes to production systems to facilitate improved performance metrics. Led requirements gathering sessions with the COO, CFO, and business operational unit VPs. Real-time dashboards were developed to show productivity, WIP, employee points, KPI, and billing accuracy metrics.• Managed the architectural design and implementation of an ESB system that enables our numerous production operational systems to leverage a centralized business rules engine, shared core services, and exchange data directly with clients and vendors. The ESB system was implemented leveraging Microsoft BizTalk and .Net. Leveraged Microsoft BizTalk’s Business Activity Monitoring OLAP solution to provide performance analytics on the ESB system. The system increased our ability to adapt to constant regulation and client requirement changes. • Architected and developed a business process tracking, a document management, and a mailing Shared Services in .NET that are leveraged by Prommis’s 10 legacy case management systems. • Adopted the Agile development process that increased the department’s ability to deliver software on time that meets the business needs and expectations. More importantly it has increased the collaboration and trust between the business operational units and IT. Agile development process has increased staff morale and job satisfaction. Led to a 25% increase in new technology projects requested by business operational units.

Responsible for the management of all technical development activities for the Lender Services business unit.• Led the design, architecture, and implementation of a services-oriented ESB system that allowed our line of business systems to exchange data asynchronously with our clients and major B2B partners. Major B2B partners included RealEC, Fiserv, RealTrans, and AppraisalPort. At the peak the system processed over 1,500 new orders daily and all corresponding order status updates and documents. System was developed leveraging Microsoft BizTalk, .Net Services, and Microsoft SQL Server.• Architected and developed secure .Net web-services that enabled clients to order instantaneously Title, AVM, BPO, Credit, and Flood products from either a client web portal or thru the ESB system in real-time. Services architected to support multiple vendor data providers transparent to the client. The turn-time for all products was sub 15 seconds.• Successfully managed the design and implementation of a standard Microsoft BizTalk XML interchange with a BPO offshore vendor that enabled the business to leverage the BPO for various production data-entry tasks. The interchange resulted in a 35% reduction in production costs and established the Lender Services with the lowest title production costs in the corporation.

Individually migrated a legacy data analytics system with an Oracle database backend to a Microsoft .Net WinForms application with a SQL Server backend. Responsible for establishing project plan and deliverables, architecture, development, communicating weekly progress updates to the client, and production implementation of new system. Project was delivered on time and below budget. Migration increased system performance by over 50%.

• Managed a team of application engineers with hands-on involvement to triage, maintain and build multiple software tools to support Marriott Hotel’s B2B e-procurement applications utilizing Microsoft-centric technologies.• Designed, developed, and administered the corporate intranet / extranet sites utilizing several ASP/SQL based applications including defect, enhancement, and task tracking system; technical support knowledge-base; configuration management and change control, software release and build maintenance; automated software deployments; and automated SQL reports for executive and management use.

Served in multiple technical roles in the development of an e-commerce site that supports hundreds of office supply dealers. Responsibilities included developing enhancements to the e-commerce web application portal, configuring and administering web and database servers, and providing second level production support.
