Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and directing Performance Quality Improvement Department functions to create a “Culture of Quality” within the organization. Facilitate a learning organization that uses actionable data to continuously improve the quality of Southwest Key Programs and facilitate positive outcomes for children, youth, and families. Oversee the systems and processes that support the quality improvement function, promoting consistent, safe, and high-quality practices across Southwest Key Programs, ensuring person-centered care, and minimizing risk of harm.• Provide vision and leadership to create and implement strategies to evaluate and continuously improve the quality of Southwest Key programs, services, and outcomes for children, youth, and families• Continually monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to measure compliance with mandatory quality performance standards, operational metrics, service outcomes and satisfaction. • Develop and promote the use of valid and reliable improvement tools and measurement approaches for clear, replicable, and repeatable assessment of performance against key performance indicators for ongoing, transparent communication of program quality.
