Dai Chen is a third year Applied Statistics undergraduate student at UC Davis with minor in Economics. Dai is come from China, is an international student. Seeking a winter internship to apply my experience assisting a company’s economic and administrative departments are engaged in statistical surveys and use computers to analyze data. Dai's hobbies are dance, travel, sports and cooking. I has been studying dance for seven years (national dance). I often travels with friends or family during the holidays and insists on exercising every week. Home-made food cooked by my mother is what I miss most when I am away from home. It also represents my mother's love for me. The home-made food is more delicious and healthier. There are no favorite and unnecessary nutrients in it. At home, I like to cook for myself, and I often invite friends to join me. I think this is also a very good interaction, so that everyone can feel warmth and happiness. I am willing to share my favorite author whose name is Han Han. I like him because my first extracurricular reading is his literary work, which is also an author recommended by my cousin. I feel his attitude towards life and the spirit of criticizing society from his book. By reading it, I also get to know about the complexity of the society and the cruelty of the reality and the undetectable of the human heart, so many of them are the real feelings of the author and are the penetrating experience. Disappointed, confused, but constantly pursue. I admire him because he dares to express himself and will not follow the crowd.
