Worked as a physiotherapist in the NHS in the UK for 10 years in various settings, including hospitals, GP clinics and community. Learnt the importance of patient-oriented approach, multidisciplinary working and evidence-based thinking. After joining MEDIVA Inc., Japan in 2014, I was a part of the management team of home medical care, outpatient clinics, and community nursing. I helped to set up a healthcare facility focusing on end of life care and dementia.
