About Daiane Lima

As Product Owner, I was able to manage platform implementation, e-commerce evolution and digital performance accounts. I worked directly in the analysis of reports, KPIs and goals, in addition to ensuring the fluidity of the squad's work to add value to clients in their Google/Meta Ads campaigns, among other media and areas (SEO, CRO, CRM, BI). With the agile methodology, I created backlogs of actions, refined the briefings wrote the stories, participated in the rituals for project management.By bringing an analytical view and having as a premise that every positive interaction corroborates for a successful result, I worked as a Customer Experience analyst - an area that I am fascinated by. I actively participated in customer journey management, satisfaction surveys (with metrics such as NPS, CSAT, MHS and CES), as well as the macro management of action plans for detractor and neutral customers. I created processes, organizational charts, playbooks and onboardings for areas such as Customer Success, Customer Strategy and Product Owners.In 2021, I was the general coordinator of a training program within the company I worked for, and I also led a team of product owners made up of 14 incredible people that I was able to manage with 1:1 meetings, PDI, client and internal status, as well as a timesheet and bank of hours, among others.
