I have more than 10 years of experience in the areas of Projects, Quality and Processes, working in project management, systems and quality assurance, audits, product development, suppliers and processes. Project management performance based on the methodologies and management model established by the PMBOK. Responsible for developing new projects [APQP] and deploying customer/project requirements with internal areas and cascading to the supply chain. Expertise in continuous improvement and cost reduction [TPS / lean Six Sigma / VSM] and reporting of indicators in management meetings with the participation of sponsors and stakeholders. I lead multidisciplinary project teams to execute project activities/scope and delivery timings. Analysis and monitoring of project and process risks in order to identify, mitigate and prevent them.Support to process teams regarding deliveries and submissions of product and process documentation according to customer requirements [PPAP, CEP, FMEA, Control Plan].
