As an Information Technology Specialist, provide guidance and participate in the implementation and automation of the Impact Management Framework, Environmental and Social Policy and Products Management of IDB Invest.Lead the implementation and automation of the Impact Management Framework of IDB Invest to manage a portfolio of financially sustainable investments that contribute to reaching the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Latin American and The Caribbean. Define a process reengineering to optimize resources and reduce the operational risk aligned with the IDB Invest’s Security Policy Guideline.Create an automation roadmap for the Financial and Administration Department to identify manual processes with high volume and high operational risk that can be automated with the use of Robotic Process Automation and UiPath technology.

Lead the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPAs) and the Innovation team to standardize processes, increase productivity, reduce the operational risk and promote the use of new technologies.
