CurrentWorking directly for Client- Marken a UPS Healthcare Company Under Boston Technology Corporation, Bangalore• Independently handling the whole project of Marken as Global System Support Engineer.• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, such as incorrect shipments,damaged goods, return processing errors, and inventory discrepancies.• Created standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and training materials as per new release version for PM & other warehouse operators.• Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problemsarising.• Identifying optimization areas of the supply chain and logistics activities and propose a solution to client.• Regression Test & Bug identification and coordination with developers to resolve.• Generate monthly review reports based on monthly warehouse operations & activities
