I am a Data Analyst & Program Manager with a bachelor's in economics from Indiana University Bloomington. I currently work as a QA Program Analyst/Manager at General Dynamics- NASSCO Norfolk, where I own the creation of QA reports that specify the quality needs for over 25 shops per day. In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my skills in data analysis, process improvement, problem solving, and logistics. I have experience of improving a large program that monitored the data of over 2500 smart safe devices daily while also continuously monitoring the metrics to maintain an efficient program. I have developed SQL queries to retrieve health and status information of over 1000 EVs daily, organized and analyzed data for more than 30 users daily, and achieved a reduction in customer escalations by 50% through proactive problem solving.
