Leading and facilitating different groups of high school campers for 12 weeks of summer 2017. Campers would come for three week durations with the focus of challenging them to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ and to further develop their leadership skills. They learned how to practically apply their leadership training through an intensive backpacking trip and then becoming counselors for New Life Ranch's Day Camp. My job had an emphases on discipleship and raising up the next generation of leaders and facilitating and running New Life Ranch Day Camp.

Coordinating and planning the first year and new student events at Oral Roberts University. Facilitating and planning Golden Eagle Academy which is ORU's freshmen leadership program. The goal was to raise up the next generation of leaders on campus and to develop their skills to positively impact ORU. Coordinating volunteer leaders who mentored the Golden Eagle Academy members. Also planning and working the two day leadership retreat at Lake Eufaula for over 60 freshmen.
