• Responsible for leading at Kananaskis Site. Accountability includes:
• Responsible for meeting AEP Operating Approval and client contract (DRC).
• Monitoring and reporting on AEP regulation, other regulatory bodies and internal standards. (DRC)
• Develop and implement work plans in alignment with resource plans
• Coordinating Water/Wastewater utility operations.
• Working with staff and peers to troubleshoot and resolve day to day operational issues.

I accepted an opportunity to work for EPCOR right in the mountains at Evan Thomas Kananaskis Site. I operate a Level 3 MBR Ultrafiltration Membrane WWTP with UV Disinfection, 2 WTP (level 2 Ultrafiltration with UV and post chlorination and level 1 UV and post chlorination) and level 2 D&C system.

I switched gears going back to working primarily as a water / wastewater operator. This opportunity allows me to operate a Level 3 Water Treatment Plant as well as a Level 3 Distribution and Collection System. Relocating to Okotoks was also an added bonus. Duties include operate, maintain, inspect and repair Level 3 water distribution, wastewater.
