Innovation, strategy, purposeful action and leadership are key terms describing my focus over the past 8 years.Identifying opportunity and implementing positioning based on organisational strengths to achieve business value and greater social impact across New Zealand and the Pacific has been my mandate. My core areas of activity have been in analysis, holistic strategy, operational and programme design, organisational and community development, corporate competitive advantage and Sustainability. I have also led at a national level Health and Safety, Sports and Community Development programming. I recently completed my MBA focused on CSR and CSV (Creating Shared Value) to propagate working models of business involvement in Societal Issues. I now lead New Zealand's Centre for Social Impact in developing national capabilities across both the corporate and social sectors. I have been fortunate to work with a range of business and organisations from small not for profit to large multi-national corporations achieving significant value gains across each levelof activity. Recent completed projects have included:-A multi million dollar collective impact Co-Design and implementation project focused on Kaupapa Maori (indigenous NZ) paradigm. - Health and Safety development and capacity building for implementation of one of NZ's leading property development companies.- Organisational turn around of a National Sporting Organisation. Entering the organisation at a point of insolvency and leaving the organisation within the top tier of NZ sporting organisations arguably its strongest position in its history. - Organisational turn around of a previously leading Pasifika Youth Organisation from several years of significant decline to its strongest financial and reputation position. - Corporate Strategic Design of engagement with community focused on the achievement of Shared Value.
