I am Ciena Diaene Rosas, at your service. I always give my best in every task or challenge given to me. I strive hard to be the best especially in becoming a Virtual Assistant. I grew as an assertive individual, being confident without being aggressive. I do help my clients deliver beyond expectation. I help them do their job virtually like doing address clients' administrative queries, making phone calls, scheduling meetings, arranging travels, managing emails, and phone lists, creating presentations and spreadsheets as assigned, and organizing clients' calendars. During my college years, I was trained to do stuff for clients virtually. I am expected to be decisive in every challenge given to me by the client. I am currently a freelancer making graphic designs and video editing, sometimes I design invitations card for weddings and birthdays. Being exposed to technology and this thing happened called the "pandemic" made me realize to become a virtual assistant.As a virtual assistant, I develop digital and goal-oriented solutions in every task to meet clients' brand objectives at all times. I make sure to deliver purposeful tasks by aligning and reinforcing my clients' objectives and values which are farther than taste and trends. Being opinionated at times is my way of always make express my ideas strongly. It makes me visible and often powerful. As they say, all virtual assistants strive hard to get the trust of their clients. As a virtual assistant, I have to be familiar with technology trends, I must have a wide knowledge of the tech world to fulfill the task given to me. I have to know and understand every instruction by the clients. I believe that if I help people virtually get what they need to do or want to do I would fulfill the gift to the world.
