• Liaising with each engineer to ensure they have the correct equipment & spares for the coming month and shipping additional stock where needed.
• Maintaining the install & service performance tracker, generating monthly reports and presenting the findings to management.
• Planning and scheduling engineers for new installations and service call outs, tracking and preparing the monthly install & service forecast.

• Responsibilities:
• Welcoming visitors at reception, directing visitors to the appropriate meeting room/office and providing general hospitality.
• Answering inbound calls and operating the switchboard, transferring calls to the correct department or personnel and taking messages.
• Updating & maintaining the children’s information tracker and providing staff with key information in the event of an accident/incident.
• Dealing with suppliers and handling incoming deliveries to maintain appropriate office and childcare stock.
