As a Business Development Specialist at Al Athaab Technical Services, I contribute to the growth and expansion of the company by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and delivering high-quality services and solutions. I have successfully secured multiple large contracts and increased the customer base and revenue of the company in the past eight months.I am also a Psychology and HRM student at Middlesex University Dubai, where I am learning how to design and implement effective and inclusive organizational cultures, policies, and practices that foster employee well-being, engagement, and performance.
