高専在学時よりWeb サービスを立ち上げ、25 年間IT 業界に身をおきながら「モノ創り」に必要なものを全方位的に学んで参りました。20 代後半からは新規事業開発、ディレクター職を経て、30 代前半でスタートアップ取締役を経験、その後事業推進、組織マネージメントに比重を向け、組織での「モノを創り」に注力してきました。直近数年では日本を代表するメガベンチャー２社で大きな組織の中で中間管理職、役員折衝含め、組織を牽引する経験を積み、再度スタートアップで挑戦を行っております。経営とメンバーをつなぐ役割の重要性を実感し、役員折衝の中で現場目線と経営目線の両軸を言語化し、組織を引っ張るリーダーとして「0 から1」、「1 から100」のフェーズにステップアップさせる喜びを感じました。大小様々な規模の事業を創出する中で、常に結果に拘り、限られたリソースの中で事業を成長させ続けたいと思っています。組織の立ち上げフェーズから２００人規模までのマネージャーを経験しております。事業推進、新規立案に加え、開発からデザインまでサービス開発工程全般に精通しています。また社内外折衝も得意とし、「事業」と「開発」の両軸観点から、並行して複数の案件にも対応できます。トラブルが起きた場合も素早く対応策を立案し、取締役経験を元に経営陣と折衝ができる事が最大の強みです。
