Liaising with schools during the review of frameworks and programmes. Collating and distributing documents in preparation of any evaluation events. Arranging accommodation and travel for external panel members. General support to the Quality and Enhancement Officers during the review/approval process of programmes

I offer advice and guidance on a range of study skills including organisation, essay writing, literacy skills, revision techniques and researching. I support students both in class and on one to one basis with the aim to improve the student's achievement. My team deliver workshops in classes and support students in developing their ideas through using a range of techniques. I currently work with a variety of students; A level, BTEC, Access and GCSE to ensure they are happy at Totton College and are given the best opportunity and support to achieve their target grades or above.

- Responsible for the union, future of the union, strategic plans, management and financial security.- Additionally responsible for the union including HR, legality in regards to charity & health and safety law.- Line managing the Chief Executive to drive the Union forward and explore new avenues for business, support and income streams

During my year in the position of Vice President Education, I oversaw the planning, recruitment, training and support of over 520 Course Representatives. I arranged 2 Mini-Conferences and socials for the Course Reps, of which NUS Vice President Higher Education Usman Ali gave an inspirational talk. I supported students throughout their academic year by attending Academic Misconduct panels, advising them on how to solve a course issue, guiding them through the Extenuating Circumstances proceedure and being a general point of contact.I also ran academic campaigns such as 'Don't Forget My Feedback' whereby students could sign a petition to get more concrete policies put in place to enhance feedback and ensure that students received it within 4 weeks.

My role consisted of serving customers food and drink, ensuring the floor was clean and clear of plates and glasses and supporting the kitchen when necessary. I was also in charge of changing barrels, rotating and merchandising the fridges and collecting spirits and ice from the top bar.

As Customer Assistant on the Clothing Department, my main role was meet the customers needs and ensure the shop floor was clear, tidy and accessible to all customers. I also gained experience of working in the warehouse organising and unpacking deliveries and merchandising the shop floor.
