I still remember sitting in my 6th grade Career Opportunities class, thinking about what career I was going to do my final project in. I then decided on the career “Construction Management.” I then went on throughout high school with my mind set on studying engineering. I knew that I wanted to somehow be a part of helping build significant structures in my career. I went to James Madison University to study in their ABET Accredited Engineering School and graduated in May of 2017. It was not until I landed my first job with a construction company in that I then realized how much I enjoyed learning and being part of building structures that society uses today. Since then I have moved states and continued my career in construction. I have gone through a variety of different training and courses that have broadened my knowledge within the industry. I hope to continue learning and growing in my career.
