Hey there! I am passionate about working with people and bringing the best out of them, which made me choose Human Resources and Organizational Development as my domains for specialization. I have led many group projects at various levels, as team leader in my UG department in various environments. I have had hands-on experiences in staying cool-headed under pressure situations and bringing the best out of my team members with appropriate motivation and incentives. Altogether, these valuable experiences have honed my Human Resources Management skillset, before I could even choose it for my specialization.I am looking for opportunities and resources which will help me up-skill and diversify my skillset in the domains of Human Resources and Organizational Development.Specialization section - Handling of pressure situations, motivation, leadership, PowerPoint presentation, event planning, professional writing skills, creative writing.At the end of the day, I aspire to become a better version of myself.
