About Daisy Bhatia
I am a dynamic and independent researcher. Holding a master's degree in Life Sciences Engineering with a specialization in Cellular and Molecular Engineering from EPFL, I am passionate about cellular and cancer biology. I am extremely fascinated by how the many cellular and molecular mechanisms can be engineered and rewired according to our needs. I aspire to channel this into a career dedicated to pioneering advancements in biomedical research, leveraging my expertise to contribute meaningfully to the fight against debilitating diseases. Originally from Italy, I moved a lot during my life, making me strong, flexible and open-minded. I love travelling and adventure and I am not scared to step out of my comfort zone.If I am not in the lab, I’m probably walking in the nature around some green trees and weird animals, dancing to the sound of happy swing music, backpacking around the world, learning a new language through some new or old friends, experimenting a new dinner recipe, or just enjoying the loving company of my family.
