• Manage and monitor import/logistic operations (i.e. PO transit, Delivery Order) • Manage private label order and special project • Interact with customs brokers and freight forwarders daily for shipment status• Works closely with production team on inbound logistics to ensure merchandise arrives on time• Works closely with sales and retail to ensure orders are met before cancel date• Communicate with all department of PO status and updates• Contact overseas vendor for shipping documents and discrepancies• Domestic logistic operations (Outbound shipping i.e. UPS)• Monitor and update weekly report to confirm shipment status • Interact with 3PL warehouse on inventory received and discrepancies.• Coordinate schedules with transportation providers and 3PL warehouse.• Audit invoices associated with inbound logistics and internal shipping purchase• Utilize the Corporate ERP System (RLM Apparel Software) for shipment processing (i.e. In Transit, Receiving, Cut and Sold, Inventory)• Assist with year-end inventory and finance audit requests • Process and manage order maintenance received from Sales• Process transmitted EDI

• Manage and monitor import/logistic operations (i.e. Ocean Freight Lines, PO transit, Delivery Order)• Communicate with vendors in China and Taiwan (i.e. Spare parts purchase)• Organize and follow up on purchase orders placed with vendors (i.e. lead time, status, weekly reports)• Contact prospect vendors to obtain information, quote comparison for domestic trucking• Domestic logistic operations (i.e. trucking/pallet configuration calculation)• Supply chain assistance in inventory projection, demand planning for Channel sales• Maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory• Coordinate schedules with customers, transportation providers and 3PL warehouse.• Audit 3PL warehouse billings• Utilize the Corporate ERP System (NetSuite) for inventory management (ie. Reconciliation, Fulfillment)• Ensure and maintain Channel shipping compliance (i.e. transportation compliance, NMFC)
