Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including: patient and employee relations; staff interviewing/dismissal; management of marketing and communications efforts; ensuring regulatory compliance; staff training. Assist the dentist with other tasks as assigned.

Oversee all operations of the call center group; including staff scheduling and training needs; identifying areas of improvement in order to maximize productivity; creating reports on performance metrics; conducting regular meetings with staff members in order to review progress towards goals set by management; resolving conflicts between team members when necessary; ensuring compliance with company policies regarding safety protocols and procedures related to data security regulations such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS standards.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from staffing and scheduling to inventory control and customer service. Manage daily operations such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling practices, product ordering/receiving processes, marketing initiatives (including social media), budgeting decisions and more. Insure that customers have an enjoyable experience at our store while maximizing profits for the company.
