Experienced Leader and educator with in excess of 13 years experience across the Defence Force and three years in private enterprise. Leading and Managing Army Indigenous Pathway Programs, developing training solutions and delivering high quality training for multifaceted and diverse cohorts. Working with key stakeholders to design and implement community focussed training programs translating to employment opportunities. Awarded an Army Commendation for the design, development and delivery of contextualised training to Indigenous Australians from the remote North, joining the Regional Force Surveillance Group.
