As both customer service and Sales Rep my Metlife, my main job function is to help our customers with whatever their concerns are regarding their insurances as well as their claims be it for billing, account management, and other changes they'd like to do.

As a healthcare specialist, my role revolves around the patient's bills and how to create arrangements if they happen to have a hard time paying for it. This position helped me to become more compassionate. I take care of all their health insurances and make sure that they were being used in case of in-patient hospitalization and out-patient check ups.
