Responsible for 12 direct reports. Lead, train, mentor, monitor, re-train, and evaluate performance of team of Call Center Agents. Handle calls and call-backs with difficult customers. Designed customer service training materials, trained new agents, evaluated training effectiveness, revised training materials and training methodologies as needed. Adjudicate warranty claims, and approve phone- and web-based product orders. Conduct training in English and Chinese.
