Office Manager at Foundry Lighting and Design.

• Document controller for London, Southampton, Anglesey, Lagos, Den Haag, Perth and Oslo offices. Providing additional support as and when required to other offices globally also. • Work in compliance with Company / Document Management procedures and processes.• Organise and provide DC inductions for new starts.• Undertake day-to-day project document control activities including the timely processing of project documentation (registration, issue, transmittal, return of comments, etc).• Checking of documents to ensure the correct format, sign off, number and revision has been applied.• Project set ups - attending KO meetings; populating working instructions; liaising with clients on any specific project requirements.• Develop and maintain Master Document Registers.• Facilitate effective storage and retrieval of project information.• Assist with the collation and issue of proposal documentation.• Liaise with both internal and external contacts on a daily basis, through both written and verbal communication

•Operating as the first point of contact and greeting customers and visitors, presenting a positive and professional front of house customer service •Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the reception (also ensure it is maintained to the required levels of cleanliness and repair)•Undertaking day-to-day administration duties•Establish and maintain good relationships with the general public, ensuring that an appropriate ambience is maintained in the facility, making customers feel welcomed and valued•Assist in the communication and promotion of the centre's services, ensuring all information given is correct and up to date•Assist customers with regard to lost property, use of equipment and provide general information regarding the centre•Deal with complaints in a sensitive manner, promptly and politely in accordance with Company guidelines•Undertake all cash handling and reconciliation procedures to ensure accuracy
