Define brand positioning of Minor food brands, being responsible for brand equity building by managing/monitoring brand health and identifying brand growth drivers. -Develop brand annual plan which is in line with business objective and supported by the market/customer insight, direct/implement/evaluate MKT initiatives to grow business  -Develop 18mths NPD calendar with quarterly review of COG/Product mix/Pricing analysis and competition analysis, lead and progress NPG with effective project management  -Develop quarterly review on MKT online/offline initiatives’ impact on brand health and business performance -Facilitate good working relationship with respective brand’s Operation/Purchasing/finance team etc. -Brand budget management: forecast, allocation and review -Being contact window as of China market, responsible to share China market’s best practice with other hubs
