Manage caseload of participants to ensure delivery of all vocational evaluations and employment services within a specific timeframe. Interview participants to ascertain employment, education and training history to identify environmental, medical, mental health, or other barriers. Assess participants vocational interests, aptitudes, experiences and functional limitations by administering and scoring a battery of test and vocational tools. Collect data, formulate Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) and recommended referrals for various programs.

Provided consultation services to the Fair Hearing Representatives for the City of New York. Reviewed Bio-psycho-social documents to determine if proper procedures have been taken and made recommendations as to the appropriate type of work referral and/or job search for participants on Public Assistance. Provided expert witness testimony during Fair Hearings.

Responsible for providing on-site service delivery and consultation to Back-to-Work staff,completed vocational assessments, documented client information, assisted with training new staff as well as completed monthly HRA deliverables and statistical reports.
