1.Contribute to new and improvement projects for good quality in the projects, including a creation of requirement, specification analysis of future Specification from vendor, and lead sub projects;2.Coordinate equipment on site installation(IQ/OQ);3.Lead production process, please study and revenge reservations qualifications(PQ,PV);4.Develop production process system from documentation (PMF,SOP,BPR,WI to execution) to execution;5.Establish and keep on time update of production process database;6.Follow up process activities through daily monitoring;7.Insurance sufficient training to shop-floor people;8.Organize product and process investigation in case of deviation， propose and follow up corrective and preventive actions;9.Analyze production technical problems and quality deviations, lead improvement projects;10.Analyze production efficiency and losses ect，to drive continuous improvement.

1.Responsible for overall project management,including activity planning,time scheduling,resource planning,risk and communication management;2.Lead project team meetings,ensuring cross-functional representation and participation.Identify and resolve the project issues,promote quality and regulation compliance for all project deliverables;3.Raw material selection based on technical requirements;4.Develop the process for new product,compile the raw material specification,jigs and fixtures list.Tracking the resource to achieve the project objectives;5.Using 2D/3D software to create drawing for jigs and fixtures;6.Create relevant technical document such as flow chart、PFMEA、validation protocol、validation report、product specification、raw material specification、work instruction etc.7.Submit OTS samples and PPAP samples,achieve the project objectives within customer's expectation,smoothly handover the project to production department.8.For medical product,finish IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocol and report,support RA to finish all the technical files for CFDA registration.9.Lead the ECN change, review the risk and feasibility with cross functional team then follow the progress;10.Support sales for new product quote,initiate the meeting for feasibility study with internal team.

Responsible for the new project introduction(Sucking disc and valve used in automotive air conditioner),including prepare samples and build manufacturing process.Solve problems occurred during trial-run,make the project moved into mass production smoothly.The main work contents are as follows:1.In charge of the new product launch and build the plan.Communicate with consumer about the technical details.Compile the manufacturing process for new product.Submit the sample and solve the problem during the production.2.Finish the drawing and create the document such as PFMEA 、WI and control plan;3.Build and maintain BOM&routing in ERP system;4.Design the tools which will use in the assembly line;5.Solve problems occurred during trial-run,support for production improvement;6.Support quality engineer to prepare PPAP document for the new product;7.Support the technical coaching to the workers and check the training outcomes;8.Finish the project and hand over the job to the technical department;9.Responsible for the ECN.

1.Responsible for the new project launches,solve the problems during the production and make the mass production capable;2.Do the drawing and compile the document such as WI and process flow chart;3.Build and maintain the information in the ERP system and responsible for the ECN;4.Provide technical assistance to other department;5.Optimize the process to increase productivity.

1.Responsible for compiling and updating the SOP and do the packaging design;2.Do the drawing about some simple tools;3.Take part in the production improvement to cut cost;4.Design the packaging of the product;5.Estimate the cost of the product;6.Design the process layout;7.Cooperate with other department to solve the problems during the production.
