In charge of Thales Avionic web monitoring of clients and competitors on the civil aviation market, for the strategic marketing department, my main missions where:- The creation of 4 daily newsletters addressing different subjects (clients, competitors, market and drones).- Development and update of the web monitoring software recently put in place in the department.- The promotion of the newsletters in the departments concerned. This meant letting them know that newsletters exist and are being created daily for them (creation of flyers, visual support for presentation as an aide for public speaking), but also teaching them how to use the platform so as to be able to find information already capitalized. - Adapting the information sent out to the needs of the readers- Production of a satisfaction study (by questionnaire and face to face contact) of the readers, followed by a complete analysis so as to better adapt this service to their needs.
