I led CMI's policy and impact work, which covered a wide range of topics - from skills and productivity, to green transition, to public service transformation. At CMI I authored numerous reports including The Everyone Economy, looking at how to maximise talent in the UK through delivering more diverse and inclusive organisations, and Management Transformed, looking at the skills managers and leaders will need in a world transformed by technological change and societal disruption.

I began as a research intern and was subsequently employed in a staff role to work on the SMF’s large programme of events at the 2009 party conferences. Role and achievements included: - Researching policy areas including unemployment insurance, low carbon economies and the impact of migration - Liaising with public affairs companies and industry experts - Researching and putting forward event ideas - Organising and running events – delivering 35 events over 7 days
