- Worked in Executive Board Team to make strategic plans and budgets for 8 different departments (Sales, Marketing and Communication, Volunteer Project, Public Relationship, HR, Finance) across 4 main universities in Dalian local area, and managed 130 senior members directly.- Initiated a global internship program and cooperated with various global financial institutions, such as Bank of East Asia and Deloitte, to help the members experience oversea internship in Russia, India, Sri Lanka, Japan and Indonesia.
