-Delivery 2 complex projects on time with significant yield - speak highly by customers.-Directly communicating with customers, bridging customers and internal teams on-time, and high-quality, especially for DFM, DOE reports, and cosmetic requirements. -Making the plan for the cosmetic limit samples control.-Aligning and developing process with customers and internal team.-Identify the risks ahead to customers and internal team.-Joining lessons learnt review, and proactively initializing project plan for the next project.

-Enhancing 3 projects' NPI tooling for process capability study.-Verify the post processes for high yield and short cycle time.-Leading anodizing process development. -Driving root cause study, color development, solving the issues both for dimensions and cosmetic.-Giving advices for technical issues in mass production phase.

-To complete pilot running of new product and implement relative process. Make sure production technical is suit to specification preliminary-According to customer drawing , make sure internal drawing of each process can meet the requirements of customer. Using internal drawing controls each process -Build the Flow-chart and maintain BOM form-Evaluate the feasibility of the key process, and confirm the fixture scheme of production in each process. e.g. The CNC fixture positioning should be consistent as far as possible, reduce the datum transformation, is helpful to size control . -Drive the root causes analysis, when issues occur. Develop and follow DOE, to find the optimal solutions and present the results. E.g. raw aluminum material choose for anodizing performance -Optimization of process parameters, improve yield and reduce cost. E.g. assemble a flash lens to battery cover, use normal glue that has high overflow risk, but if use TBF glue that can control the overflow by adjust machine’s temperature or pressure

RD dept. RD engineer-Have rich experience on aluminum alloy manufacturing and post process, such as stamping, forging, extrusion, aluminum die-casting, brushing, sandblasting, anodizing, laser marking, laser welding, e-coating, etc. Also Familiar with PVD, painting;-Conduct RD project development :including concept creation, feasibility study, cost estimate SWOT analysis ,schedule control ,milestone control ,technology risk register ,action tracker ,patent map analysis-Drive new material development/verification: provide technology support to fulfil customer requirement, or potential marketing requirement.-Hydroforming technology development : hydroforming application in aluminum，fabricate difficulty ，CNC control， decoration performance, yield, , reliable test, e.g .Such as 6xxx aluminum application on smartphone size-New type of PVD application：focus on seeking PVD coating which can covred die-casting surface; validates the anodizing performance, reliable test. e.g.-Technology support for supplier audit: qualify supplier manufacture process, drive the root causes analysis and solution with engineering team when issues occur;-Working with supplier to drive new material verification, purposed is to find new solution for die-casting visual problem.-Combine supplier new process /technology into database or the developing project-Drive supplier optimize the current technology to a new level-Provide technology support to operation-Optimize the internal process to save the cost or improve the quality.
