Experienced in continuous improvement, contract negotiation, customer service, and supplier relationship management.My decision to study supply chain management was driven by my passion for analytics and my interest in understanding processes. After completing two supply chain courses in Hong Kong, I utilized the skills learned to be successful as an Area Manager at Walmart’s Distribution Center. The success of my associates was imperative, and I ensured to provide them with the necessary motivation to continue driving their performance. I transitioned into a sourcing position to focus on data analytics and further develop communication skills. I am skilled at developing relationships with suppliers and servicing my internal and external stakeholders. As an avid learner, my goal is to learn as much as possible in order to efficiently aid and generate cost savings.I look forward to continue to enhance my sourcing and procurement skills.
