Building a digital learning design portal and knowledge hub Learning Design Studio for Over 300 users from HE and K-12 institutions to share learning resources and pedagogical practices. Training teaching faculty for curriculum and instructional design by designing and implementing over 20 workshops in the International Conference on Learning Analytics & Knowledge 2022, Winter Sandbox Workshop Series of HKU 2021, Workshop for the University of Queensland, Professional Development workshops for School Development Officers, and K-12 teachers.

Working with instructors to develop curriculum modules that equip the master's students with knowledge and skills that lead to the achievement of learning goals. The course “Learning Design and Technology” has been shortlisted for Reimagine Education Awards 2020. Evaluating the course design to inform teaching practices by taking a lead in the design-based research. The paper was awarded the "Excellent Paper Award" in ICOIE 2021 and the extended paper has been accepted by the International Journal of Mobile Learning and Organisation.

Preparing paperwork and managing the progress for various curriculum designs in MOOCs and Teaching Grants under the eLearning Policy Task Force at the University. The MOOCs attracted more than 300,000 unique visitors and 70,000 active worldwide learners, with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5. More than 1000 learners subscribed to the paid courses (as of Aug 2020). Working with healthcare practitioners in curriculum planning and instructional design including the School of Public Health and Primary Care, School of Chinese Medicine, School of Biomedical Sciences, and Department of Psychology. Planning and conducting briefings on the use of learning technologies to enhance both classroom and remote learning environments. In early 2020, I successfully conducted and facilitated more than 20 online training with up to 600 audiences per session in response to the outburst of COVID.

Performing needs assessment for the development of instructional materials with subject matter experts and led more than 30 learning technology projects including LMS-based gamified applications, mobile apps, interactive animations, videos, and websites. Working on LMS migration and departmental support services by coordinating the project timeline and schedule with external vendors and internal technologists, as well as organizing seminars, hands-on workshops, and support materials for staff and students.
