Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.E-Verify & I-9 Processing: Handle all I-9 verifications and process them through the Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.New Hire Onboarding: Prepare new hire files, orientation forms, and benefit packages, ensuring hiring managers receive and return all necessary materials in a timely matter. Background Checks: Conduct thorough background checks for new hires ensuring all candidates meet employment requirements.Media Lab Administration: Oversee the administration of the Media Lab education platform, ensuring seamless integration for all new hires. Assign training modules to align with compliance and educational standards.Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for employees and management, providing information on benefits, HR policies, and procedures. Facilitate a healing and supportive environment aligned with the company’s values.Administrative Support: Assist HR staff with special projects, manage ID badge systems, and maintain inventory of HR department supplies.
