When I was little my Grandmother owned a Mexican restaurant, The Taco Place. Anytime I saw a familiar face walk into the restaurant, I would ask if I could join them at their table while they waited for their food. I loved connecting with them and asking about how their day went and if they were excited to enjoy my grandmother's amazing cooking. I was anywhere between 4 and 6 years old, but even then, there was something about connecting with customers that really sparked joy in me. That joy has carried into the woman I am today.I have experience in customer service and something I love to boast about is having someone call my place of work while they are absolutely irate, only to be met with calm, concerned, and problem-solving me. My number one skill? Eternally patient. Do not fret, I do have other skills, as well. I recently worked for an HOA where I managed multiple calendars for 5 separate locations. I managed their social media and helped the community stay cheerful with fun social media competitions during the pandemic. I helped plan events for the community. I worked with my department to find the safest ways to help the residents feel a sense of community while staying 6 feet apart. I created flyers on Adobe Illustrator for mass mailers and social media. I also came up with some stellar puns.Currently, I am part of an exceptional company: White Glove Solution. We help senior citizens downsize by donating and recycling items they no longer need. Following the downsizing, we help them move into their independent or assisted living communities. Through our majority female team, we put care and tenderness into each move. With our fun first approach, we ensure the comfort of our clients while they enter their next phase of life.
