I am a dedicated individual and I am open to learning new things. In my relationship with the others, I believe in maintaining good relationship, and being congruent and genuine. One of the principles I uphold in human relation is to accord respect and regard to others. I employ dialogue in managing differences and disagreements through mutual exchange of ideas between different parties. When communicating with others, I try to ensure that what is communicated and the communication are appropriate. I practice active listening and suspend judgment during listening. As leader in previous organisations, I have always believed and maintained the role of each individual in achieving an organisational task. At a personal level, I have always collaborated with relevant constituencies that are essential to achieving the organisational objectives. I am an individual who focuses at the team end goal and makes sure that everything is done correctly and accurately. I have worked as a customer care agent, layout artist and front desk assistant. My positions entailed assisting client with what so ever issue they have with our products or service. The main objective is to sort out the issue timeously and come up with a solution that will benefit both the client and the company, also maintaining and retain the relationship between the company and the client. Also I have to make sure that all data is captured on a system called CRM so that everything can be tracked and escalated to correct department to sort out. I have excellent microsoft skills, I can use word, outlook, excel, powerpoint and dynamics. In conclusion I am very passionate about providing exceptional service for customers. I am looking for an opportunity to deliver professional, helpful, high quality service for the clients, ensuring that we the company provides a WOW service and maintain customer’s trust.
