-Managed a department of 3 direct reports (hourly managers) and 35 hourly team members in a $55M + store-Responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the front of store team-Hire, develop and manage team performance including one on one and team meetings, coachings, feedback and recognition -Responded to guest surveys and guest complaints through email and phone calls through Medallia-Responsible for leading and driving loyalty with Target REDcards-Meet weekly, monthly and yearly REDcard goals-Appointed as the District trainer across 10 stores to onboard and train new executive team leader (ETL) hires (exempt managers)

-Conduct general council meetings of 17 members -Prepare agenda for each general council meeting and executive board meeting-Maintain council budget of $26,000 with Vice Chair of Finance-Organize and run events for Council and College of Communications

-Executive Board Member for Student Organizations Accessing Resources – Communications InterClub Council (SOAR-CICC)-Maintain agendas, minutes, and updated contact information of council members-Prepare and take minutes for distribution to SOAR-CICC delegates for each General Meeting and upon request

-Worked hand in hand with Cal State Fullerton’s Association of Board of Directors and Alumni Relations staff-Helped promote and create beneficial relationships among the University’s students, alumni, staff and faculty-Interacted with Titan Alumni -Volunteered with alumni at Association events such as Concert Under the Stars, Homecoming and the Senior BBQ-Promoted university and alumni accomplishments to the Fullerton community

-Assisted in Welcome to Cal State Fullerton Day, a campus-wide event where prospective students visit and learn about Cal State Fullerton through tours, a resource fair and workshops -Aided 12,000 incoming freshman students and transfer students (including their family members) with their transition into college through implementation of customer service skills -Worked with a diverse team of 45 orientation leaders and CSUF staff-Conducted campus tours of 10-30 students during New student orientation and transfer student orientation-Increased public speaking skills through presentations to students on course registration-Served as a translator during parent sessions by translating information sessions from English to Spanish -Worked and lead under minimal supervision -Maintained working knowledge of campus programs and services
