I have always had a huge passion for styling and fashion for as long as I can remember. My dream job was always to do something creative. I’ve managed to build up a loyal following of over 52k on instagram, sharing my life and fashion tips for curvy girls as well as juggling mum life. I’ve worked with some huge brands including Pandora, H&M, Olapex and Debenhams to name a few. This is something I am truly passionate about and brings me huge joy to create content & engage with my followers. I did take a career break after having my daughter 8 years ago but I used this time to better myself and went back to college. I’m a qualified Specialist in Hair and Media Makeup, as well as holding A-levels in Media & Psychology. I have previously worked in retail at TK Maxx for two and a half years, where I worked my way up from being a sales assistant to a Merchandiser and was in charge of the store layout and various key displays. I then moved on to work in a call centre for Sky as a Customer Service Representative. In this role I dealt with incoming calls from customers regarding a number of issues with their Sky accounts. This could be anything from payment issues to technical help from the Sky boxes and broadband. At the end of each call I was satisfied I had given the customer the best service I could give and aimed to resolve all their issues they may have had with Sky. We also had sales targets to hit too, which I managed and again won various incentives for when there was a promotion. I then worked as a Customer Service Representative for Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company, selling to pubs and clubs across the country, dealing with any delivery and stock issues, managing accounts, offering new deals and promotions to my customers. I always did really well with hitting my sales targets & used to win various incentives as well as going above and beyond for the customer and the business. I have really enjoyed all of my previous jobs but I am now looking for a new challenge and want to do a job I feel truly satisfies me, my creativity and my passion for social media, fashion & content creation.
