Lead P2P scenario verification: E2E scenarios / Operating Models with process maps presentation & drive agreement, Gaps / Justification / Business Cases, Initial high level change impacts analysisdriving Agreement up-front with all needed parties: KU / consultant / SME / CoE/ domains / BOs/PO/stakeholders about CAB process forum decision3. Lead the team finalize sprint planning for sprint execution, review US, lead scrum meeting and weekly meeting review sprint status, final release meeting decisions, lead open question clarification and problem solving4. Lead BAT and UAT for P2P based on project timeline5. Lead the team finalize Cutover plan and execution 6. Support Hypercare -solving the issues after go-live.7. Update P2P stream status in weekly stream lead meeting, highlight and escalate project risks and issues 8. Communicate with related stakeholders and seek for high level approval and agreement 9. Attend HC steering Co meeting for driving high level management decision.10. Attend HC CLT monthly meeting for system roadmap introduction and seek high level approval and agreement

1. Work as SAP Emerald key user of MM module to support SAP launch.2. Make material requirements plan as per master production plan and material inventory3. Release purchase order and manage the delivery schedule, prepare and check the documents of imported materials4. Follow up the QC testing result of incoming material. Coordinate for the supplementary delivery of the material with quality issues to make sure no impact on production plan. 5. Control the inventory as per rolling forecast and updated production plan, as well as considering the characteristics of raw material and packaging material. Set proper inventory level. 6. Lead supplier evaluation based on SOP and communicate the evaluation result with supplier 7. Lead material risk assessment and 2nd source qualification project, initiate and manage new supplier/material change control8. Handle material issue and perform investigation from material or supplier deviations 9. Manage material master data in plant from Y2015-Y201610. Manage Artwork of packaging material Y2015-2016
