• Worked closely with Project Consultants and Managers to design and modify plumbing and Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in large residential and commercial buildings
• Determined heat loads of previous buildings using Trace software and basic thermofluid calculations
• Created centralised documentation for general relevant plumbing building codes to streamline workflow and minimize redundant tasks
• Collaborated with Architects, Contractors, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineers to finalise and submit building permits to city officials relevant to the project
• Used AutoCAD to mass clean layup drawings provided by Architects

• Worked in Product Support Engineering (PSE) supporting Manufacturing Engineers in design changes and improvements with respect to lean manufacturing
• Conducted load tests on brackets and lighting fixtures by simulating drywall and t-grid ceilings
• Performed Gage R&R on specific measuring devices to ensure the precision and accuracy of calibrated large calipers
• Initiated research on temperature calibrated machinery to establish accuracy of lens cut lengths, while considering thermal expansion and compression of various materials
• Utilized Solidworks Sheet Metal to make changes to drawings with multiple configurations and complex details
• Carried out administrative tasks such as creating procedure instruction documentation, making phone calls, writing emails, making presentations, etc.
