-Lead the middle-level-positions individually by meeting with clients, interview candidates, candidates’ presentation, salary negotiation, reference check and onboard arrangement and on-job following up;-Mapping market and making report for clients so as to make them clear about the talent market;-Delivering executive level positions together with senior consultant;-Cooperate with Branch Manager on business development.

Responsible for the management of the whole product promotions, including: - Managing the promotion resources for the trading channels, making monthly/ quarterly/ yearly promotion plan;- Recruiting, training and managing the part time sales people, make sure they obey the promotion process;- Collecting sales data and input the data into system and making related sales report; - Collecting marketing information about the trading channels and report to leader;- Promotion Financial Authorization: approve sales promotion fee within the regions and make the fee is used reasonably.
