Speak both English and Chinese,10years of working experience in one of China biggest design institute, familiar with the process of Chinese design company,worked with MW Zander,IDC,Bovis in more than 50 projects.Worked in projects from land purchasing to final approval. familiar with the process of project setting,land purchasing, government approval (planning bureau,fire bureau ,power bureau,etc),bidding stage(design,GC,other subcontractors),site coordination and final approval.
