- Responsible for creating and maintaining relationship with GCG sales function, understanding their expectation and business requirement to STS, providing integrated STS solution to BU stakeholders to ensure E2E operations are executed efficiently and effectively.- Lead global project and initiate project plan & execition plan to deploy within GCG STS Org.- Interface with GCG BU Sales leaders on behalf of STS Org, to align IBM strategies and priorities that enable business growth.- Monitor process simplicity and transformation by optimizing the differentiation of value for clients.- Lead in the communication with Business Units on the recource integration.- Responsible for customer satisfaction activities and project initiated by Global, identify execution issues that would have business impacts and provide recommendations to both BU and Execution teams to drive service quality improvement.- Timely communicate with Global leaders, combine Global strategy with GCG exeuction, drive STS execution productivity.

- Provide CRM O2O sales process compliance leadership on behalf of our key stakeholders to ensure effective process execution and a strong business controls audit readiness posture.- Provide assistance in anticipating business changes and identify any associated risks. - Drive awareness, identify and focus on process guidelines to minimize risks and propose corrective actions. - Ensure visibility on operational controls with standard dashboards, metrics, and other key indicators. - Manage Compliance testing on CRM / O2O Global processes to report G/IMT’s results. - Support the Management Self Assessment of Control (MSAC) by performing a holistic assessment. Make the recommendation to my CRM Country Process Owner on Quarterly Assessment.- Demonstrate Quarterly CRM End to End Audit Readiness Assessment with stakholders and Global Process Owner.- Work closely with Sales Leaders, SMS G/IMT Leaders, and the CRM Global Process Owner, and coordinate across extended teams in Corporate Business Controls, Corporate Internal Audit, Finance, and ISC with simplified / standardized reporting and leveraging Business Analytics.

-Manage Svc Brands contract fulfillment & team daily operation work.- Communicate with BU as proactive bridge, host interlock meeting with key stakeholders by understanding their business needs and strategy, setup proper process, utilize resources & standardize/simplify process to better enable business growth.-Provide efficient solutions to business line team, when the usual process does not meet customer demands; lead team members to handle more complex customer queries and requests, ensure 100% compliance to all auditing guidelines-Be responsible for team recruitment and resource management, build up ONE TEAM in mind to create team environment that enable and encourage effective collaboration, innovation and talent development.-Lead team to achieve all key operational metrics including smooth Quarter-end/Year-end support, more focus on process execution, quality improvement and defects rates reduction.-Monitor monthly KCO/SOX testing, identify operational issue through testing and drive for necessary process improvement.-Perform as focal/core team member in the audit, successfully support Svcs Brand internal audits, drive proper action plans to meet audit recommendations, which were well recognized by both global compliance team and senior management team.

-Independently handle Service Brands complex accounts fulfillment (post-sales) with high quality work-Perform SOX and KCO testing to well accomplish IBM Operational and Financial process guidance.-Prepare BU required reports with good quality and timeliness, identify potential issues/risks for management review.-Be the fulfillment focal to support China Brand internal audits, act as bridge between CSO team and Business Unit/Audit team, drive appropriate actions to meet audit recommendations.

-Be responsible for GCG IA employee's assignment arrangement and cost reimbursement. -Review and process Foreign regular tax exemption program. -Communicate with AP HR team to update related international assignment HR policy.
