This ambassadorial role is an exciting way to work with the Institute of Travel and Tourism Future You initiative. My place here is to provide a student voice and liaise with ITT professionals to inspire other students to pursue their career in tourism and hospitality.

Working in a renowned 4* hotel in busy Bournemouth has developed my ability to maintain excellent standards of customer service. I work across several different departments within the hotel including restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service. My favourite aspect of this role is providing memorable experiences to a variety of hotel guests.

Through this job I have learned how to maintain a high standard of customer service. Developing my communication and problem solving skills and building my confidence with sometimes challenging situations.I took the opportunity to work at Glastonbury Festival with Co-op. An incredibly demanding yet rewarding experience, here I was highlighted star as my shift and asked to return to future Co-op festival stores.
